We want you to love your purchase from Dottie Jean Design Co. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Returns & Refunds

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to contact us to request a return or refund. To begin the process, please email us at hello@dottiejeandesignco.com with your order number and reason for the request.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage. Once the item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for like products of equal value. If you’d like to exchange your item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@dottiejeandesignco.com.

Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are made to order and personally inspected before shipping. Because of this, refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and must meet the conditions outlined above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
