Processing Time
All of our products are made to order. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing before your order ships. Our goal is always to get orders out earlier whenever possible, but this timeframe allows us to ensure quality and care with every item.
Each product is personally inspected prior to shipment to maintain our quality standards and is packaged with love before leaving our hands.
Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from Clarion, Iowa or Kansas City, Missouri, depending on the item and fulfillment location.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping:
- $8.99 flat-rate shipping on orders up to $100
- FREE shipping on all orders over $100
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery Time
Shipping transit times vary depending on your location and carrier. Please note that delivery time begins after your order has shipped and is separate from processing time.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Dottie Jean Design Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
